Consignment Policy

We accept like new furniture, accessories, artwork, and silks.  They must be in great condition, up to 5 years old and of better quality.  We will be happy to evaluate your items.  If they fit in your vehicle you may bring them in for us to see.   Otherwise please e-mail or bring us photos to view of your items, along with descriptions, dates and purchase prices.  For whole households we will arrange for a preview.  Pricing is usually 45-65% of purchase price based on quality, condition, age and salability.  We will set a date to take in your items, most times within a week or two and refer services to pick up your items.    All items are consigned for a 6 month term, 50/50 split with discretionary pricing.  You may pick your items up at any time during the contract.  After 6 months items expire and become store merchandise.  Over 95 % of consignor inventory sells during the contract period.

Sales Policy We take Cash, Checks with proper ID, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.  All items are Final Sale and Sold AS  IS. 

Items need to be picked up within 24 hours of purchase.  Please bring help to load your items.  Don’t forget blankets and rope too!  We also have preferred delivery services that we can recommend and are usually available for you to contract in a timely manner.
